Empowering Mothers with < br > Life Skills

Walakira
Foundation

Walakira Foundation is a charity organization that seeks to make a positive impact on the disadvantaged mothers and their children in Mukono district and beyond.

The founder always had a passion to support mothers and their children since childhood. An orphan herself, she in 2020, with the support of friends, decided to put her wishes into action. The long awaited dream came to fruition in April 2021 when the team reached out to about 13 mothers and their children who were facing hardship after the Covid scourge, offering the comfort, love and hope that these mothers longed for.
